- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as registration or administrative fees, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated in the program or service agreement.
3. Donations
- Non-Refundable: Donations made to Our Green Members are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it is considered final and cannot be refunded.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as a donation error or duplicate donations, we may consider refund requests. Please contact us within 7 days of the donation date to request a refund, providing details and reasons for the request.
4. Event Cancellations
- Organizer Cancellation: If an event organized by Our Green Members is canceled or rescheduled, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
- Participant Cancellation: If you need to cancel your participation in an event, please notify us at least 14 days before the event date. Refund eligibility will depend on the event terms and conditions.
5. Changes to Programs and Services
- Modifications: Our Green Members reserves the right to modify or cancel programs, services, and events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and options for rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
